It is not accompanied by any contradiction or uncertainty, where you are safe, where you look beautiful. Let your heart dance the dance of evidence, the dance of silence and the dance of joy.
You are the Beloved and you are the Friend, you are much more than everything you can count, you are much more than the sum of what you see, and much more than the sum of what you can perceive, whatever you say or think.
Embrace. Finally, dare to be yourself, not depending on any circumstances or conditions. Let yourself be transported where there is no need for any movement, in evidence of the grace of the moment.

Before giving you the word, for your questions wherever they come from, allow yourself first of all to embrace yourself without restriction and to embrace each heart, in resonance and in evidence.

Every day invites you, whatever you think or doubt, whatever you say or see, because Love is beyond all senses, as beyond all feelings, where nothing can be weighed, where nothing can be separated.
You are the way, the truth and the life, you are Abba as you are each character you have met or confronted, you can no longer make a difference, because Love never does.

You are all form, you are all consciousness, whatever you think about it, you cannot avoid yourself, you cannot lose yourself, you cannot doubt it.
And it is in this moment, in what is happening now, that joy explodes, whatever the chaos of the world, whatever the chaos of your body, whatever the apparent chaos of your life, they are there only to allow you to discover yourself, by simply accepting what is, and by accepting that you can change nothing about it, except by letting the intelligence of light work.

Beloved, Love is the solution, which you cannot seek, because it is already there. All you have to do is look inside, into the heart of the heart, because you are the Source, because you are Abba, because you are anterior to everything, and because the strength comes from there. The character disappears in every possible way, until you abandon all desire to regain form, in order to be complete.
You can do nothing from yourself, except to embrace, and simply see the effects and results. So each of you here present, in this space where we are, as in the space where each listens to him, and we all embrace you with the same intensity, it is now enough for you to sit down and simply close your eyes, so that your heart opens completely. Do this now, and all fatigue will vanish. You don't need to understand it, you just need to accept it and live it. Does not ask for anything, does not plan anything, simply embraces, without reluctance and without question.
Then grace will work, even beyond any perception or feeling, for remember that nothing can be lacking in the truth that you are, which only asks to be known to you, which only asks to be revealed to you. No circumstance can curb this, as long as you accept yourself, as we have all accepted you.
So sit back and close your eyes, don't ask for anything, and everything will be given to you. Thus you go through what you call fatigue, which is ultimately only the resistance of habits and this body to the fullness of your heart. Everyone embraces you from this moment, you have nothing to expect, you have nothing to hope for that is not already there.
You cannot miss anything in the truth of Love. Accept it, collect it, empty yourself of what you think and the fatigue will disappear, and any pain will be a memory of the moments when you were fragmented, separated from yourself in appearance. Thus you will no longer be divided, thus you will not leave any room for suffering or lack.
Relax all effort, relax all request, and let yourself be impregnated by the spirit of truth, without delay and without distance, and that is it. Close your eyes and embrace. That is now if that is the decree you affirm. Go in peace, you are peace. Go to joy, you are joy.
Do not ask for anything, but decide with conviction in the intimacy of your heart.

You cannot learn to love, because you are Love. Love cannot be learned, it is of all kinds, it supports worlds, it supports dreams. To consider learning Love is already to put a distance between you and the truth. There is just to accept, in order to discover that there is no way, because you have already traveled all the ways, even if you do not remember it in its entirety.
Envisioning a path, considering something to learn or to go through, establishes a distance between you and the truth that does not exist. This is the decree I ask you to formulate, because Love is evident. It requires no learning or progression of any kind, even if it may seem to you that it may appear or disappear.
In fact, it is always there, it is simply you who distances yourself from it, whether through doubt or through certain circumstances of your habits and behaviours.
There can be no path, the path concerns the person, but Love is all paths. You don't have to borrow any of them again, you've borrowed them all. Check it out for yourself, you don't need anything else. Everything has always been there and had been forgotten, by the distractions of this world, by the seduction of images, by the seduction of the game.
Accept it and it is understood. Do not and never again put any distance or effort to be made, or a path to go through. Then the intelligence of the light will reveal you entirely to yourself, crossing everything that can resist by habit, by behavior or by belief.
Accept it there too and it is solved, as it has always been solved. Grant yourself Love, grant yourself peace, give yourself peace, give yourself Love, as we are giving ourselves in you at this moment. You can't learn what you already are, you can only rediscover it. Do not put any distance, because distance is separation, much worse than the passing of time.
So you will be whole, so you will be full of who you are. Remember that there is no effort. Remember that Love is evident and the only way to rediscover it is already to accept this evidence, even if it seems to you that you are living nothing from it, even if it seems to feel little.
Let yourself be crossed by the gift of each one, and give yourself with reciprocity, without judgment and without conditions. You have nothing else to do, you have nothing to reject, nothing to measure. Decide it and it is recorded.

Your words are only my words that I draw from within you, because they needed to be heard, to be lived. Your words are my words. I am only translating the essence of it, I am only transmitting to you what your heart says, written to every cell of your body, as in every corner and nook of your consciousness.
Everything has always been there and everything will always be there. Accept the lightness of the Love found again, accept the joy that does not depend on any of your personal joys, nor on any condition, because joy is the result, the consequence of Love revealed to itself. What seems to disturb you, but in fact only most often disturbs the illusory balance obtained through struggle and understanding, is part of the individual and collective process of resurrection.

You cannot hope in Love, because in the same way hope puts a distance between Love which may seem absent, and yet which is already there, even within despair, because despair creates in itself a tension towards surrender to the light and consumes illusion through the Fire of the Heart.
All you have to do is decree it. Once again, all you have to do is accept. There is no need for hope because hope puts a distance and hope does not fight despair, it puts a balm on but does not consume illusion in any way. The only truth is to accept that Love is there, even in the depths of despair and that the more intense the despair, in this particular linear period of the world, is, and this is now.
My words are not words, they are not there to create hope or despair, but simply to strengthen the truth. Hope and despair are only distance and a delay that are put between the truth and your character. The world needs truth, not hope.
Hope is a complaint, despair brings you closer to Love than any hope for a better tomorrow. To put an end to distance and time, to put an end to the illusion of suffering and separation, today consists in not hoping for anything, but precisely the opposite, in accepting and crossing. Accepting your despair allows you to go through it and see that it is only passing.
Thus, you will no longer freeze hope in a future time or moment, but you will consume any illusion of distance and you will consume despair. Such is the gift of Love, such is the gift of Grace, and such is the gift of each heart. Remember that your character, like any character, who experiences suffering or despair, is only the most appropriate condition for the heart to be found within despair.
Love is the only therapy, Love is the only truth, Love puts an end to hope as well as despair. But moving from one to the other is only fatality and duality. In short, it is useless, because it still means being dependent on the mood or suffering of the character.
Accept that there is no one, accept that even in the worst of misunderstandings, that as in the worst of suffering, there is only the emerging heart, and that is enough.
Love has no contrary, however you define it or live it, it makes no difference, because it is an illusory distance between the truth that you are and the character who manifests, because everything is a pretext, because everything is part of the same revelation, that of Love that has always been there.
This Love that is impersonal, that only crosses and circulates, in the illusion of a distance from heart to heart, allowing you to understand, through experience, that there are not two hearts, but only one heart and that it is common in each one, and that it is the same in every form and age, whatever hope or despair.
Hope puts distance, hope does not solve anything, hope maintains suffering, while the Sacred Fire of the Heart only asks to manifest and reveal itself from the moment you embrace, even your own suffering, even your own despair, not by seeking a solution, but because you are the solution yourself.
There is nothing external to you, and it is this misunderstanding that creates despair and suffering that today can only be resistance to the evidence. As long as you believe you are a person, as long as you believe you are your story, there can only be suffering.
There's nothing to believe in my words, but you have to prove it to yourself. Not everything that has its opposite can be true. That is why we have named this non-personal Love Agape. There is only one solution to any suffering and any question, it is the Agape resonance, whether in a network or in pairs, this resonance inevitably leads to the sacred fire and to the Fire of the Sacred Heart.
Everything else is a waste of time, everything else from now on is only suffering, but suffering leads you to Love, through a path that may seem contrary to Love to you and yet, beyond any appearance or feeling, is only the intelligence of the light that works in you, through you, and in spite of you.
That's how you recognize yourself and not otherwise from now on. There again, there is nothing to believe, but this apparent process is at work in everyone, and all circumstances are good for that. Only the divided gaze can consider that it is contrary to Love, but it is not.
Accepting suffering is neither neglecting it nor diverting it, nor turning away from it, but rather really and concretely crossing it, welcoming it in its entirety, in order to let your own heart act, and consuming everything that is only passing through. This is the only true possibility to put an end to all suffering, without any desire or will, without any rejection, and without any denial.
You shouldn't wear a mask anymore, you have to be real. So if you are wrong, there is no point in hiding it, there is no point in being desperate, there is no point in hoping, because everything is already there for everyone, that is the only truth.

And remember, the more it seems to you that the deeper and darker it seems to go, in the despair of suffering, there is only one way out and one solution, to reveal yourself, whatever this body says, whatever the emotions say, whatever the mind says, you can only live it. But hope creates resistance, and hope creates a projection that takes you away from the moment.

Even if you have not yet verified it, you are the totality of the created, of all the past and all the future, because it is an illusion and has already been experienced. If you want Love to carry you, then hold nothing dear, let yourself be nourished by the joy of Love.
Remember that it is always the character and his story that will stand in the way of the truth. You are both the obstacle, but at the same time the ultimate opportunity in which the intelligence of light places you, so that you recognize yourself. The best way to help the other is to give yourself entirely to the light and Love that you are.

This is exactly what you have to love above everything else. For the person it will always be difficult, but for the heart it is extremely easy. You cannot love through yourself as a person, you can only reveal the Love that you are, and the one you love with difficulty is precisely present on your path to reveal yourself to that.
Do not be subject to what is happening, do not be subject to your affects anymore, because Agape is not an affective, because Agape is not a feeling, because Agape is not a personal love and Agape does not care about antipathy, and Agape that you are has no use for your own difficulties, which only concern the character, and the interactions between the characters within a shared or lived history, which are only pretexts created by the intelligence of light, so that you find yourself.
It is in this that nothing must be judged, it is in this that Love must be above all else, but not of a conditioned love, not of a love that can be measured or counted, but of a Love that is free from all persons and all history.
There is nothing else to do but to experience this. As long as you have not loved the whole of creation, in that which knows you or is unknown to you, you are not in Love, but somewhere in restriction of the fullness of Love. Check it there too by yourself, because from the moment you think you can't love, it's only your story that is expressed, but not your heart, because the heart knows no restrictions, and doesn't make a difference between the beloved and the enemy.
Because the difference concerns history, it concerns circumstances, whereas Agape does not care about circumstances, whereas Agape does not care about any history, whereas Agape does not depend on any condition or any person.
Countless means have been given to you, whatever the supports beyond all techniques, whether it is your hands, whether it is the sacred syllables, in order to allow you to understand and live that you are nothing of what you live here in this world, and that it is nevertheless here on this world that the equation is solved, because it is here that the solution to all lack and suffering is found.
I repeat, it is enough to decree it from now on to see its effects and live Agape. There is no one, the person is only passing through, the person is in the dream and the dream ends in suffering, because collectively there is no better way to leave suffering and illusion than by living certain resistances, and letting them be consumed by the gift of grace and the fire of Love.

Remember that Love is simple, that it is not cluttered with any history, any condition and above all cannot restrict itself, and as long as it seems restricted or absent to you, it is because you have not given all the space to the Love that you are.

But you don't have to dissolve them, because if you want to dissolve them, you oppose them. These bad voices as you say are also yours. As long as you consider that there are external entities, you cannot accept what you are. Wanting to oppose, wanting to solve what seems to you to be a hindrance, only makes you move away from your truth here too.
There is no one else but you, no voice is external to you, even if it seems bad to you, they are only there to shake you up and make you understand that all this is you. As long as you consider that something is wrong, you inevitably inscribe yourself under the law of duality, under the law of division, and under the law of separation, and you cannot live the law of One in its entirety.
Everything that is happening in everyone's life today must first be accepted and welcomed, because the heart that you are can dissolve all this. But from your person, you can do nothing about it, only the heart there too is the solution, there is no other possibility than acceptance. The whole of creation is in you, in its most magnificent aspects as well as in its most evil aspects, which are only the two sides of the same manifestation of... You are the Beloved as you are the enemy, the devil is nowhere else but in yourself, he is part of your dream in totality and integrity. Seeing this frees you and allows your heart to reveal joy.

All this is part of the reflexes of the need to protect yourself and keep you from anything that may seem external to you, but is only you. Just as the sun illuminates the saint like the murderer, so your heart cannot make a difference.
Only the person considers this to be true when it is totally false for the heart. I remind you that there is only you, and the only conclusion is that there is no one there. Everything you are going to oppose can only be strengthened, because you are aware of it, because you pay attention to it, and thus you nourish what you think you are fighting, what you think is external to you, whereas I repeat to you, these voices like all creation are only you.

And this applies to everyone. Love makes no difference. Because Love is a gift and it cannot make any difference, because if love is different, according to circumstances, then this love is conditioned, it cannot be free, and therefore this love belongs to the human being, and therefore depends on circumstances and affects, but in no case is it Agape.
And today any distance, any comparison, any discernment is ultimately only suffering, because even if it may seem to you to alleviate your suffering and your person, it is only an illusion. Only the truth of Love can put an end to the illusion.
You can't do anything about it, nor go up in vibration, nor know all the secrets, you could have all the knowledge, you could have the greatest of times, but if you miss Agape, it's useless, and it only makes you move away from the resolution.
Love is the same, the Fire of the Sacred Heart cannot make a distinction between the heart of each person, whatever the appearances, whatever the conflicts. Love knows none of this, and the person cannot know Agape. It is Agape that puts an end to personal claims, puts an end to the illusion of what is bad and what is good, because it is part of the game, of the theatre scene and represents absolutely nothing for Agape.
