Well, dear friends, I am extremely pleased to see you again in this Franco-Spanish, or Spanish-French assembly.
And as in my last speeches, the purpose of my coming is to share, to exchange with you on what you have to live through at this time on Earth.
Here, today, I do not have great speeches to make, but rather to exchange with you, on your concerns about this face-to-face, between who you are, and the illusion of who you think you are.
As I have had the opportunity to say, each of you is in the right frame of mind, each of you, to live Freedom and to rediscover yourselves. Whatever you live, that is exactly what you have to live to find yourself.
So I hope that, in the questions I have asked, we will be able to move forward and give you points of reference, if I may say so, points of reference in what you have to go through, to enlighten you, so that the chaos of society itself will make you discover what you are.
We have always said that everything, every thing, every brother and sister, is exactly in the right place to live what is to be lived, to discover you, to find yourself, and to live, to feel, to feel this Joy that does not depend on anything, neither on you nor on the other, nor on any world. You must show, as you have repeated countless times, for example Ma Ananda, humility, in relation to yourselves, in relation to your thoughts, in relation to your emotions, and in relation to everything that is happening inside and outside of you within this world.
The more you nod, the more you will accept, what seems to you contrary to the Light and which you can resist out of habit, will very soon appear to you as the only possible evidence to live by.
So I hope that through your questions that I am going to listen to, we are going to sit you down somewhere and reassure you about what may, at times, seem to destabilize you, bump into you, disturb you, and it is precisely through this disturbance that you may perhaps live, whatever sector of your life is affected, that you will find yourself, with ease, without asking for anything, without expecting anything, without fearing anything and without hoping for anything, that is to say that your whole life, I would even say the whole world of the Earth, leads you directly to the Truth.
From the moment you remain quiet, in humility, living in the present instant simply consists in accepting what is, and the solution will come by itself, and the marker of this solution before it appears in your life, in the facts, in the concrete events, will be facilitated by a state of peace and joy that you cannot confuse with anything, from the moment you lay down the weapons of the ego, the weapons of the mind, the weapons of your memories.
To become a child again is simply to be present, without judging anything, without condemning anything, but by seeing clearly, by illuminating by your presence the scene of this world, and the chaos that is in progress.
We have not hidden from you for many months now that the progression of Light and the progression of chaos go together. These are the two sides of the same coin, and it is up to you to position yourselves in that which is related to this world, or in Freedom.
Of course, it may seem complicated on an intellectual level, but be sure that as soon as you release the pressure with respect to work, with respect to family, with respect to the body, that you will live and experience the Truth.
I remind you, as Chief Head and Abba said, that it was you who wrote your awakening scenario. So you must accept, without refusing and without turning away, all that takes place in you, but also in the country, the region, the city where you are, because it is you, beyond the soul, beyond the will, who before dreaming, wrote your own awakening if I may say so, so that you never lose track, despite appearances, of who you are.
It all comes down and will come down, more and more, to acceptance or not. Acceptance does not mean submission. Acceptance does not mean running away. Acceptance means seeing things as they are, without judgment, without condemnation, but by shedding light on things.
And the more you will be in this posture of behavior, the more you will see the ease of Peace, the ease of Joy, and the definitive establishment of the Agape state.
Of course, many of you, even those who have lived through the Agape resonances, the opening of the heart, may live moments of turmoil, but these moments of turmoil, whatever the aspect concerned, will always bring you back spontaneously, to the present instant and to time zero.
This is how you disappear from the character, this is how you reveal yourself, in the simplest possible way, as lucid as possible. And for that you don't need any reference, you don't need any comparison, and above all no projection, but simply to be there, where you are, in the state you are, at the age you are, and in the conditions you live in.
And remember that for many brothers and sisters who are still sleeping, only kicking your ass can shock you and wake you up from the nightmare. This happens automatically as soon as you do not try to change anything.
For example, in relation to the planetary situation, without going into details, it is useless to look for what is true or false, but it is important to see with calm and serenity, all this cinema that is presented to you. The lighting, the crossing, is done exactly as you are living.
There is no need for projection. Acceptance gives you understanding, and at that moment, the living experience of Peace, the living experience of Agape, no longer needs resonance, no longer needs a schedule, because it becomes permanent.
I encourage you to make the attempt yourselves, when faced with an event in your life. For example, you have a serious illness. Of course it will need to be treated, but first of all, accept it, and you will have some very nice surprises.
Acceptance, when confronted with the explanation, will become the one and only solution.
It is in this context that I am now listening to the questions, dear sister.
-Elisa: I have waited so long to be able to live these moments and to live them well and to enjoy them. It is as if now I don't believe it, and I feel ungrateful, and why? Ungrateful and guilty.
Yes, many of you, in the so-called spiritual journeys, have been informed that all the events you are living through, were going to happen. And as you say in your question, paradoxically, you have many brothers and sisters who, as you say, were waiting for this period, and who today find themselves, not reluctant, but still destabilized by what is happening in society, in humanity.
What I called months ago, the war of all against all, is the resolution of duality, of belief in this world, in this society, in your birth and in your death, and I would say that it is even salutary, somewhere, to be destabilized, before discovering this immutable and eternal Peace.
And these are not, strictly speaking, fears, except the fear of losing your consciousness. Life invites you, in your own circumstances, to overcome, I would say the ultimate reticence, unconscious, or of the soul, or habits that seem to destabilize you. Do not forget that in the passage from caterpillar to butterfly, the caterpillar must give way to the unknown of the butterfly.
I would like you to remember that, whatever your moods, your thoughts, your lived experience in general, accept that it is you who wrote, and I would say that is all.
The more you accept, the freer you are, but not a freedom within illusion, within this world or within any world, but the simplicity of who you are, prior to any form and any conscience. But this transformation, whether you call it resurrection, transubstantiation...

... So the more you accept, the freer you are. And as the Chief Head said, don't believe me, but live it. That's how you'll prove to yourselves that there's nothing to fear from this position, that there's just being there, letting the show go on, illuminating it in every possible way.
Enlightenment, seeing the truth, is not a judgment. It's a revelation. There is no need for trust in you, there is no need for foundation or solidity in you. Again, all you have to do is accept the unacceptable, because that's how the nightmare brings you out of sleep. It's extremely simple.
But you know, we have developed, over the years, these problems of habits, these problems of repetition, related to incarnation. You're nothing like you think you're experiencing. And it is precisely by accepting that the Truth is lived.
At that moment, there is a lightening, there is no problem of being worthy or unworthy. Acceptance is not submission. On the contrary, it is regaining your autonomy, your freedom, your sovereignty.
And in the face of something that manifests itself, of whatever nature, be kind to yourself, you will never be what you think, you will never be what you believe. There is nothing to discover that is not already present. Accept this principle and you will have the formal demonstration of it in your lived experience.
The chaos of the Earth is only at its beginnings, things will go on and go faster and faster, are more and more intense, leading you to see precisely where the Truth lies and where you lie. Are you playing the game of reaction, or are you quietly showing the Truth, with humor, I would even say with derision, because nothing is serious, and as long as you believe that what is happening is serious, you are tensing yourselves up, you are preventing the Truth from bursting forth.
Truth is absolute, it does not depend on any point of view, it does not depend on any positioning, except that of the heart of the heart, where everything is Evidence, everything is Joy and everything is Felicity, whatever the exterior, whatever the state of your body. Everything is revealed this way.
I would say that the essential issue today, for those who seem frightened, for all those who seem questioning, put aside your worries, put aside your questioning, legitimate though it may be, and simply be available, whatever you are looking at, whatever anger or sadness, whatever emotion you are given to living.
As I said, the only obstacle is fear, there is no point in trying to deal with fear, the most important thing is to embrace it. I would say somehow to embrace yourself, to reabsorb yourself, in the heart of the heart.
Do not take into account your moods, do not take into account external circumstances. There are many of you when you have been locked up at home to be interested in the hidden aspect of things. That is how you enlighten the illusion, and that is how the illusion dissolves by itself, by your state of grace, by the persistence of Agape where you really are in this body, but you can no longer be deceived by appearances, by perceptions, by thoughts, and globally by everything that is taking place and that is going to increase on this Earth.
Do not judge yourself, do not measure yourself. That is how the Unknown is known, and that is how the Unknown is lived.
So do not be alarmed if you seem to be destabilized at times, for it is through acceptance, through destabilization that you live stability, and that really and concretely, you realize that you have always been there, independent of life and death, independent of illness, and independent of all your personal history of life in this life.
You are the Truth and you are true. And acceptance leads to Vacuity, to tranquility, where nothing will be able to lead you in any lasting way, either in thoughts, or in projections into the future, or to suffer from your past whatever it may have been. One could say that it is a great reconciliation where you really live, see, that really everything that is played out, in you as on the screen of the world, only unmasks the game of illusion, the game of suffering, the game of competition, the game of society, in short ...
I therefore invite you to stop thinking, to stop trying to feel, but rather to remain in this great Silence. I am not talking about the silence of words, but the silence of thoughts, the silence of emotions, the silence of your revendications.
If you keep in mind, at the next painful event, collective or personal, you will be light and you will be in Joy, because you have gone through the illusion, you have gone through the ultimate beliefs, the ultimate conditioning, whether they are related to education, to what we call family ties, or the feeling of being part of the human collective, of all humanity.
Was that all in that question?
Forget all guilt, we are not opposed to suffering from now on, we magnify and transmute suffering through acceptance. I always said fear or Love, and Bidi added suffering or Love. But today, you have no choice, there is only Love. Accept it and you live it.
I did not say to seek it, I did say to accept it. It is not an outward movement on the stage, but a movement towards the inside, towards the heart of the heart, towards time zero, where your Re-Knowledge is, and the greatest of Felicities.

Absolutely. But countless of you have been called, long before this time, long before the heavenly wedding, and others among you cannot be called yet, because they have put suffering and questioning, rather than acceptance, before them. So there is a lack of acceptance, or if you prefer, in other words, a resistance to the flow of Life.
You may have cancer and find that if you are in Agape, in acceptance, there is no reason for suffering to take precedence over who you are. It all comes down to that, acceptance or denial, acceptance or fear, acceptance or negotiation, or denial.
This is exactly what Shri Aurobindo explained to you a long time ago about the shock of humanity. The collective awakening cannot be done only by opening up from one person to another, from brothers and sisters to brothers and sisters, but must concern the totality of human consciousness at the same time.
This event is I would say at your door, each day that passes, and the credit given to you to perfect the approach to the Truth of who you are. If you accept it, even without living it at the moment I am speaking, acceptance creates acceptance, acceptance suppresses all projection, and equally suppresses all memories, all conditioning, familial, educational, the conditioning of the soul that is induced by radiation in your birth sky, by what you call planetary movements.
And everything is done by the Intelligence of the Light, in you, around you, in all your relationships, in all your occupations. It is exactly what you need to find yourself.
Have this absolute faith in what you do not know, in what you do not live, and you will thus let the Truth be revealed, and you will then live this supreme Peace, and you will then see that this supreme peace takes up more and more space, more and more time in relation to the space and time of your character.
This puts an end to the belief in the idea of being an individual, the belief in the idea of being a form, the belief in the idea of being dependent on some kind of karma. You place yourselves at that moment both in the state of Grace and at the same time in the state of Grace, and I assure you without effort, without difficulty.
The difficulty results only from various elements in which you still believe. Acceptance puts an end to all beliefs, all sufferings and all projections. Be lucid about this. But it is up to you to verify it, to live it. But it is so simple, so ridiculously simple, that usually the character doesn't want to believe it, or even try to practice what I tell you.
There is no other Agape's pedagogy than this word that has been used for many years now, of acceptance and reception. But you are at practical work, and your whole life is practical work that allows you to live the Truth.
It does not depend on any point of view, any positioning, any judgment, it is what is in the present instant, and if your present instant is polluted by the known, polluted by memories, polluted by your desires and your projections, then it is very simple, you cannot go into it. That is when you realize that you have never gone out, and that you have never moved.
Acceptance, I repeat, will never be submission. Acceptance is Freedom. Acceptance is Joy without purpose, it leads you to Agape. Which doesn't prevent you from enlightening again and again the inanity and nonsense of this world, but simply you are, as I said, lucid.
You no longer play the game of the ego, of the person, of history, you are the Truth, it is immutable. So there is no how, there is no why, there is no technique, but in your head, in your mind, if you manage to say sincerely, authentically: "I accept, I embrace", it opens if I can say the door.
Don't worry about the rest. Everything else - Felicity, Joy - appears by itself. But I repeat again, it is something so simple, something that will end all your quests and searches, and all your interrogations.
So there's no how, there's no how, there's no need for intellect. So say Yes to what is, that is the path to acceptance and that is Freedom. And then you can enlighten, without difficulty, and without being a part of it, the stories of this world and your story.
It's much more about reabsorption, about introjection. It is no longer the movement of emanation or appearance of the form in the alpha, but you join the omega, and there you see that in Truth, there has never been an alpha and an omega. And as we tell you, there never was anyone.
We have all created the dream, the dream of form, the dream of dimensions, we have all created the notions of involution and evolution, but both are part of the dream. You have never involuted, you have never evolved, you have always been there, beyond form.
The very concept of acceptance places you in reception and places you spontaneously in the Evidence of Life. You don't need archangels, you don't need the Commander, you don't need Abba, you need only you, and you alone.
This is what Bidi also called indifference, but not the indifference of the one who doesn't care, but the indifference of the one who has gone through all the layers.
The form is an illusion, the soul is transitory, the consciousness is not eternal. Only that which never moves, and which has always been there, is eternal. You are space, but you are in no time. This puts an end to the myth of immortality, to the myth of consciousness, to the myth of evolution.
You are perfect from all eternity. Not your character, not your story, but what you are in Truth. There is the power of acceptance and reception, because it puts an end to resistance, to habits, to suffering. It puts an end to separation and it is a great joy.
So do you understand why there is no "how"? It is an invitation rather to simplicity, to the path of childhood, that is to say, to be inscribed in the present instant, not in the circumstances of the present instant of your life or of society, but in the emptiness of time zero, where the dream of creation is totally reabsorbed.
And at that moment, whatever your fears or misunderstandings may still be, you will discover, with amazement and happiness, that you are Agape, that you are that Love which has never, ever been a form and a consciousness, and yet sustains all forms and all consciences.
I take this opportunity to remind you, and all this for those who followed what I said, as well as the other elders, or those who followed during my lifetime, all that I transmitted is no longer of any use to you today. It's dead weight.
Liberty is about recognizing oneself, it is not a speech, it is not a speech, it is not memories, it is not feelings, it is not even perceptions. It is precisely when you are liberated from all that that you live and see the Truth, not otherwise.
Have you grasped a little better what this acceptance is? And why do I tell you there is no "how".
Acceptance is not a reflection, it is not a conduct, it is not stereotypical behavior, it is being there and accepting everything that is, inside and outside of you. But as long as you oppose it, as long as you want to understand, as long as you want to grasp it, it will escape you.
Just accept what is at all levels and you will be free.
Acceptance is not related to an energy, is not related to a vibration. At most it is a movement that goes, by centripetal force, by a force that brings back to the centre, that Truth is established and is rediscovered.
Have you understood what I am saying?
-Elisa: Yes, she understands. "But I still have difficulty to enter in this state of welcome, I understand, but I have difficulty to enter in this state".
It is not a state, it is the natural state. When you say that you have difficulty, it means that there is in your global constitution - person, individual, soul, spirit - a resistance to the Unknown and a resistance to let life flow. And Abba told you, you are Life, you are not your life.
There is nothing to grasp, there is nothing to understand, accept it and everything will be embraced, because it is all a dream. So when you say: "I have a lot of pain", who speaks, where do you place yourself to talk about that? In the belief in your identity, in your story? For the character it will always be difficult, there too, accept that you are not what speaks, and yet is real, and the Truth will appear to you.
Acceptance is not to be discussed, it is to be experienced. The more you let go, the more you receive. I am not even talking about giving, the more you receive. And I repeat, the more you let go of any claim to understand or to explain, the more you will understand, and the more you will be free. It's not a problem of understanding.
As you say, "I'm struggling". It is necessary to be available, it is necessary to accept in totality what emerges in the person and in the consciousness. You have to accept the totality of what emerges, of what appears, from your body, from your mind, from your emotions, because you are nothing of what you think you are living.
So it cannot be an intellectual understanding, it is a lived experience. Don't even ask yourself the question of whether you accept or if you have really accepted. Just say in your head and in your heart: "I accept". Be sincere and humble, and acceptance will no longer hold any mystery for you.
But who will ever regret it? It is pride, the spiritual pride of still believing yourself to be an individual who must evolve. When you live the Truth, it is so evident that all the brothers and sisters who are already living it, are more and more settled in this immutable Peace, whether they want it or not.
But as long as you are not stabilized in the Truth, you will have oscillations, mood swings, variations of emotions, endless questioning. Agape is the answer. There is only acceptance, what Abba called Yes. If you can't say Yes to what is, you can't fully discover what you are.
Life is Evidence. The natural state, as expressed to you by many of the Star Sisters, is really the acceptance that your life is nothing, it is exactly the opposite of what you might call personal development, which only reinforces the spiritual ego and masks the Truth from you.
All those who have lived the Truth, and the Stars have been many to testify to this, have been in this simplicity. I had the opportunity to say it in my last speech, if you look at Hildegarde de Bingen, she received a lot of knowledge, but she never relied on it to prove anything.
Her knowledge was a direct consequence of her availability in the course of life, without interfering personally. As I remind you, even we in the first phase of opening of the bodies and vibratory ascents, we encouraged you, for years, to bring your consciousness to the stars, the doors, the structures of the Body of Eternity, because it was necessary to somehow establish the Truth, incarnated.
That is why we had called you at the time seeds of stars, anchors of Light, sowers of Light, but today we tell you: "You are the Light".
The Light does not need to anchor itself, the Light does not need to pass through you, you are the Light.
So acceptance is not understanding, but once you have accepted, you understand everything, beyond the mind, it is an Evidence that is there, an Evidence that can only be recognized.
Did you understand better? But the only way to understand it, whatever you answer, is to act, to prove to yourself that, when you accept the unacceptable, the intolerable, the horrible even, that is acceptance and Agape. This does not prevent you from acting afterwards, but it is not your person that acts, it is the Intelligence of the Light that acts through your person.
And that too is a great Freedom, because you no longer care about anything, and you are even more available for Peace.
But that the ego can never accept it, it will always find justifications. He'll say that Agape is a cult. He'll say they're deluded, of course, since he doesn't live Agape. And he who does not live the Truth is nevertheless persuaded to be in the Truth. He deludes himself, he deceives himself, he lies to himself.
And as long as you believe in your character, in your story, you are not free, you submit yourselves to illusion, even if you have been observers in the sense that Bidi said, you persist in remaining linked to the actor, you still believe you are the actor somewhere. But there has never been any form.
The world is an illusion, creation is a passing dream. But of course, until now, no being, man, has been able to live it in its entirety, except Nisargadatta, Bidi, if you prefer, today.

That's what Abba was telling you, say Yes, say Yes to Life, say Yes to the Unknown, you will not lose anything, but you will discover peace.
But as long as you believe or think that you are going to succeed by yourselves, you will fail. I can only send you to the little Therese of Lisieux and her total acceptance, her total disappearance of all will, except to merge, as she said at the time, with Christ.
There is Holiness, there is true Holiness which is not to want to act in this world for oneself, but to want to touch the Truth and to live the Truth which is not of this world, nor of any world.
The Truth is naked, it does not depend on consciousness and there is no other concept at first than this acceptance.
Accept what seems most unacceptable to you, an emotion, a suffering, a memory, anything and you will be able to verify for yourself the virtues of acceptance. You will discover simplicity. You will live the evidence and you will be fulfilled. There can never be a lack. There can be no more questions.
Once again I am not asking you to say: "It is easy or it is difficult". I repeat what I said, place yourself in acceptance, it's not mental, it's something like "You are present, thinking nothing, emitting nothing". In the face of anything, say "Yes". Accept, right behind you are free.
But as long as you haven't experienced it, it just proves that by saying it's not easy, it just means that you haven't experienced that acceptance by yourself, and it's always the person who says it's difficult, because the person is built on a fraud, you believe yourself and we all believe we are imperfect.
Indeed, this was the case when I was incarnated; you had to refine, you had to elevate yourself, you had to decondition yourself through vibration, through knowledge, but today you are in the direct and immediate way. Stop wanting, stop deciding; decide what you want to eat.
It is to understand and accept while living it that you can not change an iota, a piece if you prefer, of what is. That is where the freedom is and not as we have tried to make you believe, not us but others, that you have to evolve, that you have to solve something on a personal level.
In Truth, you don't have to solve anything in relation to the Truth. You have to accept it and you will recognize yourself.
It is a posture of the mind, of the consciousness, of your thoughts. It can't be an understanding. It can't be, "I'm struggling with this." It's the person who will always have trouble with it. So it just shows that there is still an expression from the person and not from the Truth.

-Elisa: It was about the shock of the [...]. So, how do you see the end of the game, it's already very close, isn't it? Because Nibiru is getting closer.

And we planned to dream about forgetting how it was going to happen. Everything that was hidden will be revealed, both on the stage and the illusion of the soul, the swindle of consciousness and the swindle of spirituality.
Truth does not need a concept, does not need evolution or involution, you are always perfect. It is true that this is very contrary to all spiritual teachings and even mine when I was incarnated. I always talked about refining, about rising in consciousness, but I said and I say again that all this is outdated. As long as you believe you need these teachings, you are not free, perfection is your natural state, accept it. And you will unmask the lies of your character, you will unmask the lies of this world. You are going to discover the illusion of form, the illusion of individuality, "individualidad". I'm starting to speak Spanish, that's it!

The world will disappear. All creation will be seen as a dream that has no substance. There will just be Beatitude.
And as I say and repeat, no brother or sister, who will live constrained and forced to live the Truth, the White Paradise, will want to perpetuate any form whatsoever.
Stop thinking you are imperfect. Stop believing your story. Stop believing what you perceive. As it has been said: "Let them pass through you". Stop nothing and you are free.
So of course you are going to tell me that a few brothers and sisters, a few million are ready, and all the others are not ready, but ready for what? Your person will never be ready. It is when you come out of the idea of being a person that you realize that you have always been ready.
Your character, your form, your energies, your subtle bodies lead you to dream. The one who is awakened, who lives the white Paradise and disappearance no longer has any desire to plunge back into consciousness or into the superconsciousness.
You really see consciousness for what it is, an obstacle to the Truth. Your consciousness cannot live the Truth. You can ascend into the supra-consciousness, which we have invited you to do through the vibratory ascents to get closer, if I may say so, to the Truth.
But all that you hold on to must be let go and when you let go, you laugh. The end of the nightmare, for it is true that it is no longer a dream that you are living from creation, but the nightmare of creation, the entropy has caught up with you and it is at the moment when you are no longer holding on to anything, at the moment when you let go of all pretensions to become something other than what you are.
When you accept that nothing can be changed by your will, that everything changes, and the butterfly emerges from the caterpillar. In other words, let the caterpillar die. Be available, be more and more available and you will be closer and closer to yourself and to the Truth. Everything else is a chimera; even we, the Elders, are chimeras. Any individual who thinks he is an individual is a chimera.
So of course, you are told that there is only one consciousness, that we are all ONE, but in reality, there has never been anyone. We are all zero and zero plus zero equals zero and not the head to toto. That's a French joke; I don't know if it exists in Spanish? Zero plus zero equals "head to toto". Well, doesn't that mean anything to you?
