iti tat twam asi-prabhriti-shrutibhih
pratipaditam atmani tattvam asi
twam upadhi-vivarjita-sarva-sammam
kim u rodishi manasi sarva-samam

“Thou art That,” the scriptures proclaim;
“Thou art That,” one’s own Self affirms.
You are beyond all diversification, the same Self in all.
Why lament, then, O mind? I’m the same Self in all.

"Tú eres Eso", proclaman las Escrituras;
"Tú eres Eso", afirma el propio Ser.
Estás más allá de toda diversificación, el mismo Ser en todo.
¿Por qué lamentarse, entonces, oh mente? Soy el mismo Ser en todo.
