bahya-bhavam bhaved vishvam
antah prakritir uchyate
antaradantaram jneyam
narikela-phalambuvat

Experienced without, It’s the universe;
Experienced within, It’s the power of life.
And deep within that inner life
The real milk-of-the-coconut resides.
❧
Experimentado fuera, es el Universo;
Experimentado dentro, es el Poder de la Vida.
Y en lo profundo, de aquella Vida interior
La verdadera leche-del-coco, mora.
